Building strength through functional movements using bodyweight and free weight exercises.

Learning the dynamic movements of punching and kicking for the improvement of balance and power.

FULL BODY CIRCUIT

Circuit training that focuses on proper biomechanics and functional movements with a restorative and stretching component to provide a physical activity that is sustainable and adaptive to any lifestyle and physical ability.

  • A new workout each day; encouraging adherence and preventing plateauing.
  • Trainers are always by your side to provide a safe environment and individual attention.
  • Your workout begins when you show up; receive a full body workout as it fits into your schedule.
  • Integrating three elements of exercise that are fundamentally beneficial to improving health and increasing longevity – physically and mentally.

STRETCH AND
MOBILITY CLASSES

These classes work to improve your mind-body connection by concentrating on specific needs and movement patterns.

  • Small groups to ensure individual attention for proper alignment and safety.
  • Benefit from the support of props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters.
  • Releases tension through stretching with full-body awareness.
  • Promote recovery of the body from your exercise routine.

PERSONAL TRAINING
& ASSESSMENTS

With our memberships we offer private one on one personal training – Built with science and delivered with passion. Our experienced trainers develop a personalized training program to fit your body and lifestyle.

  • First session will consist of biomechanical and fitness assessments
  • Establishes your baseline fitness levels in the following areas: Cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, striking skills, flexibility, mobility, and body composition.

Includes personalized training account to view fitness reports, schedule sessions and assessments, and communicate directly with your trainer.

EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS & SKILLS WORKSHOPS

Integrating education within our gym structure to teach our clients and community about health and wellness topics. Workshops will address technique, skills, and proper form of movement. Join us in discussing how to achieve even more out of your workouts.

HEART RATE TRACKING

Our heart rate tracking system provides real time feedback to monitor your performance and efforts during your workout. Integrates with our heart rate belt or any ANT+ devices (Garmin, Polar, Mio, etc). Immediately afterwards receive a detailed report of your workout so that you may follow your progress.

OUR
STUDIO

By design, our circuit has always been set up for safe distancings during exercise, providing a minimum of 6 m2 per client. Also, our 10-meter high church ceiling allows for plenty of ventilation. Our studio is not only beautiful but spacious and safe!
